For dough:
100 grams maida(baking powder)
A pinch of salt
3 tsp curd
1 tsp mixed Italian herbs
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp oil
1/2 cup milk
For toppings:
Onion
Capsicum
Corn
Tomato
Pizza pasta sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Cheese spread
Directions
To make the dough mix maida, salt, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, oil, mixed herbs and curd together. And knead a soft dough adding milk. Keep the dough aside and let it rest for 2 hours.
When the dough is rested enough take it out of the bowl and knead it again for 2 minutes.
Now roll out the dough as per the size of your pizza pan and place it inside the pan.
Spread the cheese on the rolled out dough evenly. Now take another dough ball and roll it very thin and cook it on a tawa. Then place it above the cheese spread and seal the edges using the base. Prick the base with a fork.
Now spread pizza sauce, add all the toppings and mozzarella cheese. Also add some salt, mixed herbs and chilli flakes as per your taste.
Pre-heat your oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Now cook the pizza at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
