How to Make Perfect Cheese Chicken Seekh Kebabs at Home

Making Cheese Chicken Seekh Kebabs at home is easy and rewarding. Start by preparing the mixture — combine minced chicken with finely chopped ginger, green chilies, fresh coriander, aromatic spices, and rich cashewnut powder. The addition of grated cheese makes the mixture creamy and helps keep the kebabs soft and moist inside. Shape the mixture evenly on skewers or satay sticks for uniform grilling.

Grill the kebabs on medium heat, basting with melted butter to achieve a perfect golden-brown crust. Once cooked, the kebabs will have a smoky aroma and a cheesy, melt-in-your-mouth texture that’s hard to resist. Serve them hot with fresh mint chutney, sliced onions, and a squeeze of lemon for that tangy finish. These kebabs are ideal as starters or can be paired with naan or paratha for a hearty meal — a perfect combination of spice, texture, and flavor in every bite.
