Semolina ¼ cup
Butter 50 gm
Dates ½ cup
Raisins 2 tbsp
Cashew 50 gm
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Hot milk 1 cup
Brown sugar 1 cup
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Directions
Roast semolina well & remove. Add dates and hot milk in blender, blend well. Add semolina in fry pan, add butter, cashew, cardamom powder, raisins, brown sugar and vanilla essence cook for 1 minute. Spread in grease tray. When it cool cut into pieces and serve.
