Oyster sauce 2tbsp
Jalapeno pepper 2 large
Mustard paste 1tbsp
Thyme 1/2tsp
Garlic (chopped) 1tbsp
Butter 2-4tbsp

Directions
In beef mince add, oyster sauce, mustard sauce, garlic, jalapeno pepper, thyme and egg and mix it with hands thoroughly. Now heat the coal and smoke the mince with it. Then make a patty. Cut capsicum and onion in to rings with it also cut jalapeno pepper and sauté it with butter. Now spread butter on to the burger buns and heat them, then grill the patty. Then put cheese and patty in the bun. Then put the sauté onions, pepper and capsicum. Lastly heat the other half of the burger and serve it hot.
